Our draft experts - KR, Abe, Jack, and Eli - rank their final top 15 prospects for The Flarescreen cumulative big board.
1. Paolo Banchero
Paolo's enticing combination of size, athleticism, and skillset at nearly 6'11 make him one of the draft's top prospects. With a post/face up game, PnR skillset, smooth shooting stroke, and versatile passing, Banchero projects as one of, if not the best offensive player in this class.
2. Chet Holmgren
While he may be skinnier than your average 7'1 big, Chet's versatility on both ends the floor will make him an impact-NBA player day one, and with untapped 2-way superstar potential, make it clear why he's one of the most enticing prospects in the 2022 NBA draft.
3. Jaden Ivey
One of the fastest players we've ever step foot on a basketball court, Jaden Ivey's ability to come off screens, play as a cutter, attack downhill, along with his defensive upside give teams a clear reason to draft him top 5.
4. Johnny Davis
Johnny's offensive versatility and shotmaking promise along with strong defense at 6'5 make him one of the draft's top 2-way prospects, and give him sneakily underrated All-Star upside.
5. Jabari Smith Jr.
While we don't see him as the best player in the class like many others do, Jabari's enticing combination of shotmaking and 2-way versatility at 6'10 make him one of this draft's most coveted prospects and is projected to go 1st overall to the Orlando Magic.
6. Jalen Duren
Duren is an NBA-ready big who'll provide vertical spacing, roll/short roll value, and rim protection day one with some untapped shooting and self-creation potential that could propel him to All-Star status one day.
7. AJ Griffin
One of the younger players in the draft and coming off a historic freshman shooting season at Duke, AJ combines a good floor as arguably the top shooting prospect with high upside as a creator and defender.
8. Shadeon Sharpe
Dubbed the "mystery man" of this class, Shadeon's intriguing tools and athleticism as a creator often clash with his lackluster handle and separation ability, leading to many different polarizing views.
9. Keegan Murray
Though he's on the older side of lottery prospects, Keegan Murray will be able to make an immediate impact with his versatile 2-way, high IQ game and upside as a roamer/rover defensively.
10. Tari Eason
An incredibly high-level defender and all-around wing, Tari was one of the best driving-wings at LSU and had encouraging shooting indicators.
11. Dyson Daniels
Dyson projects as a 2-way, connective wing with some untapped on-ball skills that could be unleashed in the proper fit and context.
12. Jeremy Sochan
Jeremy Sochan's supreme defensive versatility will shine right away at the next level alongside his play-finishing/playmaking skillset on offense, although his jumpshot will determine his ceiling and role long-term.
13. Benedict Mathurin
A high-level shooter with enticing versatility as a shot-maker and upper-echelon explosiveness, Maturin is an elite off-ball guard but still has lots of room to grow as a ballhandler/creator and defender.
14. Blake Wesley
Wesley's combination of fluid ballhandling, shotmaking, explosiveness, and PnR upside make him one of the most interesting offensive prospects, but answering the finishing concerns will be key.
15. Malaki Branham
Arguably the best off-the-dribble shooter and PnR operator in this class, Branham's in-season turnaround after his first 10 collegiate games solidified his status as a first round pick and has even given him some late lottery chatter.
